Dear Sir,

With reference to my passport file No. F012464 this to informyou that today I sent a cmplain for not receiving the passport.in that by mistake I wrote that Igave an applicatio to send my passport again on 19th July. This date is 21st July. 2008. Sorry for the mistake.
