I purchased a vehicle for a Mitsubishi Dealership in Northern California, lease to say the owner is now serving time for fraud.
My intial car loan for for 28,000.00 and some change. With a monthly car note of 951.00 (yes that is not a error) after paying on the loan for 2 1/2 years my amount owed is now 38,000.00 with that monthly payment my car should have been paid off the en og this year if I continued to pay I would have paid over 75,000.00 for a car that has front end problems and will probably not make thru until the final payment.
Americredit has sent a repo guy over to my residence on December 30 who arrived at about 1:34 in the morning and rang my door, beat on my door and slammed my screen door for 45 minutes. Until I had to take my children and leave to a relatives house.
The second incident left me in jail because I had the vehicle in my garage and the garage door was open and the repo guys shows up again 3 months later, when I noticed him in my cuddledsac I told my son who told my daughter to close the garage door and repo guy proceeded to back his car in my drive at a high speed to stop my garage from closing leaving skids marks on my driveway and damaged garage door and my son being hit by the tailend of the tow truck. The repo guy then removed his vehicle from my driveway and got out and started to repeatedly rang my doorbell and beat on my door. I opened the door and asked him to get the F. K off my porch three times he did not listen and because I felt that he would use any means necessary to disturb my household and continue to frighten my three children in my defense I peppersprayed him.
And can you believe after being booked and released and returning home he returned to my home and never knocked but just looked thru the windows in my home and then left.
Americredit does preditary loans and take advantage of credit challenged individuals when the gave me the second car loan they reported to the dealer that I pay late every month but yet and still the financed another car for me, go figure.
