This incident ocurred many years ago, however the end result amounted to a loss of several thousand dollars. I had the air conditioning system replaced in my car at Pep Boys Sevice Department in Bel Air. It did not work properly and I took the car back several times, however, the problem was never resolved and I had no air conditioning in the car. The last time that I took the car back, I asked the staff to replace the system again, as the system that they had installed was obviously useless. They stated that they had spent too much time trying to fix the problem already and that they were not going to do any more work on the air conditioner, whether it worked or not. I would like to alert anyone dealing with this service department of the indifference to the customer's needs. The end result for me was that I ended up selling the car at an unbelievable loss.
