First of all, the final bill was HUNDREDS of dollars more than the first estimated estimate.
Secondly, they quoted us one price on the phone for our approval, then wrote a higher number on the invoice for us to pay.
Then they included and charged us a hundred extra bucks for a warranty that we did NOT authorize, nor ask for.
Then, they did not honor the 100 dollar coupon that they THEMSELVES gave to me. When I redeemed it, they "forgot" to deduct the amount from my final bill. When I realized this 5 minutes later and phoned them, I was told that it was MY fault for not catching it in the store, and that they would NOT honor it now. He DID admit that he forgot to take off the coupon.
When I asked for a refund for the NON AUTHORIZED warranty charge, the said, and I quote, "I don't know how to ring up a refund, sorry" and said I'd have to wait until Monday when the people at the head office get it.
Lastly, I paid $2309.38 for a repair of a part of a WORKING transmission. I can get a NEW transmission for around $2500.00 (they said so themselves on my first visit).
