I purchased a 2000 Nissan Maxima from Grimes Motors that was GMC certified in July. I also purchased an extended warranty from Grimes Motors for my vehicle. I have taken my car in 5 times due to the check engine light coming on. They have replaced 1 oxygen sensor so far and all my ignition coils.
I just took it in last week for the same reason and now it's another oxygen sensor that needs replaced. This will be my 3rd repair in the last 4 months. When I purchased this used vehicle I was told that GMC certified stands for a lot. Well not if I'm taking my car in once a month.
I called and left a message for the assistant manager about filing a complaint. He didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. I also spoke to several people in the service department about all these repairs, they said that they are limited in what they can do on my Car. They don't have the neccessary resourses.
