I have a 2009 Kia optima three months ago the motor blew in the car. I still owe over 15,000 dollars on the vehicle and Kia is refusing to fix it because the oil filter that was on their was not put on and purchased by Kia. The vehicle is still under warranty and when the car started having problems no check oil light are check engine light came on in the car to give us some kind of warning that something was wrong. We had just had the oil changed in the vehicle on November 1st exactly a month before the motor blew in the car we had no reason to think there was no oil in the vehicle there was never oil on the ground are anything like that. We are going to end up having to file bankruptcy because of the vehicle that no one want to fix. I've talk to so many people I can't even remember everyone, but how do you file a complaint against Kia when the complaint center is Kia's complaint center? I call the head boss Jim Peterson and he knows the district manager so before they even talk to me they call the other person and see what calling about. It is ridiculous and we don't know what to do.
