Do not ever take your car to Sterling Automotive. Sterling Automotive uses substandard tools to inadequately perform jobs to whoever brings their car into their garage. They advertise ASE Certified technicians, though not one has ever been certified.
Their biggest selling point is Same Day Service, even if it means inadequately servicing your vehicle, some times not even doing the work at all, however it remains on your bill! Anyone who brings their car to this garage will pay higher than average premiums for substandard service.
Pray that you dont have an issue because it will never be resolved. Sterling Automotive Repair's actions (and lack thereof) caused me to abruptly end my employment there after only a short while of seeing these things go on.
I've seen parts and labor billed out on parts that were never installed, let alone ordered. Same Day Service will leave your car missing parts. Same Day Service will get your steering aligned with a measuring tape, opposed to the laser guided machines typically used. Same Day Service will get you out the door. Even if your car isn't fixed properly.
Remember to do your homework before taking your car to any garage, and if you cant find a reputable garage in your area, be sure to bring your own parts, and ask to see what was performed, and to meet the person who performed it personally (this is the guy you need to trust).
Sterling Automotive Repair has no technicians certified to work on your automobile (whatever you have) or to handle the environment damaging substances they work around every day. Stay Educated!
