Horrendous Customer service, sloppy installation of windshield, scratches and dents in my car after they were finished

I took my car in to Glass Pro in Reno to change my windshield. I left my car in their care for a few hours. When I came back to get my car it was not parked in a designated parking space. My friend noticed the damaged done to my front left fender.

I reported the damage to the Manager. He said none of his guys did it and they didn't do it. I got the District Mangers name and number and reported it to that office. The Nevada District Manager was on vacation and I talked with another disctrict manager. He told me to fax in pictures of my car. I did with my story. The Nevada district manager never called me back. However he did manage to fax me a very sarcastic reply to my fax and is denying liablity for the damaged done to my car, he directed me to #13 on the back of their receipt that says and I quote "Our employees may operate your vehicle for inspection, testing or delivery at your own risk."

I had to take my car back to Glass Pro because my windshield was leaking. That was 1/9/06 and it leaked until I had the whole thing replaced by Z-1 glass on 1/27, that technician came in to tell me that not only was the sealant that Glass Pro used still wet, they scratched my car around the windshield area.
