Refused to properly repair an ongoing vibration which could cause serious injury or death Peoria, Arizona

I bought a 2005 Dodge SRT-10 Viper Truck, comemoritive edition in August for over $55,000. The dealer refused to allow me a test drive only after I purchased it. After 5 hours of "paperwork/mental torture" by the dealer, a huge storm began and didn't end for several days.By the time I learned of the defect in this truck, the dealer refused to return my money back.

This truck is a potentially dangerous rolling deathtrap because of this constant vibration in the drivetrain. It appears between 60-80 mph all the time. Sometimes light, sometimes strong, but always there.

I brought this truck into the dealership over 5 times and practically begged them to repair this nagging problem. Their service department have been nothing less than cooperative and acknowledged the problem but have not been able to correct it. They have done all the diagnosing and corrections available to them but have not corrected it 100%.

My wife refuses to drive this vehicle because she has researched this problem on the internet and found it to be a bonifide concern. There are other dealerships who have been given better resources from Chrysler than mine, and, as a result of those resources, some of these SRT-10 owners trucks were properly repaired. Unfortunately, in my area of Phoenix Arizona, the Chrysler area reps are serious knuckleheads who simply refuse to go the extra mile to investigate this problem and repair it.

So, even though I love the vehicle, I must follow the procedure afforded me by law and make a case for the Lemon Law.

Every service mechanic who drives this vehicle concludes it has vibration problems but the problem is the service area rep from Chrysler is an asshole! He drove the car and afterwards wrote the statement that "Chrysler feels the vibration is commercially acceptable".
My statement is after I paid over $55,000 for a basic Dodge Ram pickup truck with a 500 horsepower motor, I should not have any type of drivetrain/tire/etc. Vibration.

This vehicle is advertised as the fastest production truck on the planet and able to reach speeds of at least 150 mph. If this vehicle vibrates between 60-80 mph, how in hell would anyone care to chance going 120-150 mph. It would mean instant death if a part in the front end was defective and decided to disintegrate at 130 mph some day. Chryslers response to me, from their customer service, was..."you shouldn't be going that fast to begin with...".

Instead of Chrysler addressing the problem, they are looking to conceal it until they discover whats wrong.
I have learned that this problem is not limited to only the SRT-10 Trucks but to their other truck platforms which engineers there are frantically looking for answers.

In the meantime, I have to limit my truck activities while I begin the Lemon Law process.

My advice is DO NOT PURCHASE A DODGE RAM PICKUP TRUCK unless they discovered a fix for this problem. Remember, if whatever is making this truck vibrate decides to fall apart while you have your family in this truck, serious injury or death may occur.
