I purchase a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe from Joe Hall Ford in Lewiston, Idaho. The day that I made the purchase I asked my salesperson if the vehicle had been in any accidents and if they could show me the carfax. The salesperson immediately assured me that they did not by those type of vehicles at the dealership. That day it was raining and I did not notice that the vehicle had paint run marks on the doors, the trunk and the front fenders. I found out that the vehicle had been in a rather nasty accident. When I went back to Joe Hall Ford and complained that I wanted my money back or to trade out of it, the manager came and said that they did not have to tell me the vehicle was wrecked. He said the sale was already done, they made their money off of me and there was no way in hell that he was going to trade me out. I ended up trading the vehicle at a honda dealership and took a big loss.
