Ripoff Transmission Internal Parts are covered. Metal in the pan and they say it is worn not broken

Warranty will not cover worn parts. Worn parts are failed parts metal in the pan is a broken something! It has been 2 weeks without a car. The dealer wants $875. To put it back to gether or $3500 to fix it. I paid for the warranty to avoid these problems. Scam jokers!
