Rio told us once we got there to buy the truck that the advertised price was incorrect, then charged us an additional $2000.00. With in one day we returned it because the transmission freezed on us, asked to be reimburssed and they refused to discuss it at the time.
When we returned a week later to find out more info, they had the temp. Tag off and the truck for sale again, (we have pictures of this) and they still refused to reimburse us. After almost one month, (which they have had possession of the truck) they send us a repo notice.
When I called and asked to speak with the supervisor, I get the run around and no help from anyone.
