I took my 98 malibu to this dealer because I had a short somewhere in the system. When I pressed the breaks my headlights came on and the radio turned off. This was really messed up because the car only had 14k on it at this time, I got the car after my mother past away in 01. They kept the car for about 2 days and came back with this lame excuse that because I have modded out my car that this isnt their problem. Modded? You call a body kit a heavy mod I asked the fat f*ker? Then when I walked around to the back on my car I see that they placed one of those d*n plate frames on my car. I took this off broke it in 2 and tossed it in front of his desk and said I dont advertise for bulls*t dealers that cant find a simply short.
I just dont understand where dealers get off by bumping the price to fix things but in this case I wasnt paying for a godd*n thing, not the hour rate NOTHING because they didnt fix s*t and I had to do without my car for 2 day, they should be paying me. I will never buy a american car, I would rather give my money to the germans or japan or maybe even the koreans. This countrys car market is truely f*ked up and I am glad that GM is no longer 1 of the big 3. Now only if those other 2 american car companies fall off then and only then will the real car makers be able to supply dependable cars to those in the US.
