Www.rsloads.com, my son paid for a modded runescape account the said was sold out i have been asking for a refund for the 2nd week i get told by the live support staff the manager isnt there to authorise a refund coventry, Nationwide

I allowed my son to buy a already modded runescape account after a few hours off looking we found rsload we had a look at the accounts they were selling and picked one
we paid useing my paypal account in which after paying it says go to our live chat to retrieve your account details in which we did that to be told by the operators who all are named robert that the account was sold out
when i asked them for another account the said that was also sold out i asked for several account in which supprise supprise were all sold out when i asked for my monet back was told come back tomorrow as the manager wasnt there
so i returned the next morning to be told the manager was not there come back later as he is the only one that can authorise a refund so i returned that evening to be told the same excuse i have been back now every day and nite for the last 1o days and still get the same excuse
