Ripoff, Poor Service, Agressive, Unwilling and Angry

Worst customer service I had ever seen.

It has been close to 1 month since I bought my car from the Speedy Auto (a little run down used car lot in Gilroy). To this day, I have been jerked around in attempting to get them to file the ownership transfer paperwork. The car was in an accident about 10 days after we bought it. I need clear title for the insurance company to pay us.

No reply or call back when leaving 2 messages. When I went down there to try to clear it up, at the first sign of a frustrated customer, The owner screems at me as well as his father. Because I voiced my concern about this issue and wanted to be sure it would get done this time, they said, well screw it, I will not get to it today then. Even showing some frustration over the poor service, it seemed to be easier for them to counter with anger and intimidation. They know it is holding up the check and I feel from them they could not care in the least.

The overall deal has just left me so sour, that I had to let others know about their commitment to the customer after the sale. Please reply if you know of these guys.
