Randy Stanley and Stanley Chevrolet LOST their GM Franchise as a result of charging customers full price on their purchases as they were supposed to give an employee discount for all vehicles sold but the customers were charged the FULL price and manipulated into believing they had the discount.
General Motors snatched the franchise from Stanley Chevrolet due to customers investigating on their own. Eventually they wrote to General Motors about the Fraud! Randy Stanley blamed losing the franchise to General Motors because of GM requiring that they make $350,000 in improvements to the Stanley Chevrolet franchise. Think about it, Stanleys have been around forever, why whould the GM Corporation just ALL of a sudden require an upgrade in the successful franchise. Randy Stanley got caught deceiving customers and stealing lots of money that was due to fraud!
