Back in September I took out a 'Corporate Membership' with 24-7 Coaching, with a clear money guarantee, to quote "A risk-free 2 year service [expires Sept] with full ROI promise/money back guarantee just $299 USD / 199 GBP".
Due to a very poor service, and the promise of the website being changed and updated (it hasn't been in three years), I felt that the 'Corporate Membership' was not worth the money, so under the 'promise' of a refund, I contacted 24-7 Coaching.
Now, some 12 months later and after numerous emails, I have heard nothing.in fact, only one email was responded to despite 24-7 Coaching stating on their website that they respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
I would urge people to carefully consider my experience before purchasing any package from 247 Coaching. Peter, who I liaised with at the time has not responded to any emails. I have noticed that similar experiences have been cited on other compliant websites.
They clearly do not stand by their guarantee, and my feeling is they also have no intention of refunding my money.
You have been warned. Steer clear of 24-7 Coaching, and invest your money elsewhere.
