After cancelling a paid-in-full policy, I did a follow up call 3 weeks later. They told me that I needed to cancel a policy that is grouped with my original policy with a different name in order to get my remaining policy refunded. They said that I could not fax it directly to them but would have to go to one of thier offices which is incidently over a half hour away.
At no time was I ever required to refer to this other policy number before to do anything.
They did not notify me at any time in that 3 weeks that there were other things I needed to do to cancel the policy even though they recieved the original cancellation notice.
