I Have filed a complaint about Gossett Dodge, but I also want to mention what happened to my sister, Shirelle Brown, when she went to Gossett Mitsubishi on Sept 10 and she purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger and kept the car, put insurance on the car and everything basically was going smooth. On Sept 23, they called her to bring her car in to get a free fill up and to get it detailed as a welcome package for being a new customer and when she took the car back up to the store, they kept her keys and would not give the car back stating that the bank changed their mind about financing the vehicle and that it was nothing else that they could do for her. Now I don't know if its just me, or IS THAT BAD BUSINESS OR IS THAT BAD BUSINESS???
