On July 12, I contracted with Autotrails to ship my 1995 Pontiac Bonneville to my son in Las Vegas, NV. I paid $1,050 by MasterCard. The pick up date was July 15, but repeated delays caused me by August 15 to request a full refund, since by then the car still was not picked up, nor was a specific date offered. I was then told it would take two weeks for the refund, but as of Sept. 15 the refund still has not been paid to my credit card company, despite repeated calls requesting immediately refund.
