Ripoff, fake, unprofessional. I sent in all the necessary documuments to claim my refund on June 11. Todays date is July 28 and still no refund or response about the status

I ordered this service in April. I couldn't find not one company to loan me money so I did what they said to do to request a refund. I sent in all the denial letters and my own personal letter stating why I wanted a refund. That was june 11. July 20 I sent an email to: [email protected] asking about the status of my refund. A couple of days later they emailed me stating that they would forward my request to accounting as they handle all refeund inquiries. After hearing no respose four days later I emailed them again telling them I recieved no response still on about July 24. Today is July 28 and I hear nothing from them. I strongly suggest you save your money as the compoany they redirected me to I could have easily found that my self. Beware!!!
