Service department blew-up my engine fraudulent ripoff business

I took my Ford F-150 pickup truck to this dealer with an oil pressure problem. They failed to properly diagnose the problem and told me that everything was fine. When I drove the truck out of the dealership it developed the same oil pressure problem resulting in a ruined engine. Now they want to sell me a new engine for $4500.
