We had a paid off Dodge Dakota that we traded for a larger truck. That was fine Mr. Mancil was happy to trade, We made very good payments for a good long while and decided and talked to Mr. Mancil about trading for a bigger truck, No Problem he says well all was fine he carried over the original down payment. He had not lost a thing in fact he got a truck that we had made some repairs to, all of the money we had made in payments and he got to sell the truck again.
When we got this bigger truck (a Dodge Ram 1500) on July 16 and got it home the reverse no longer worked. When we went back to Mr. Mancil he refused to repair the transmission, or replace the transmission. We spoke to him again about getting our money back he said no but he would be happy to take the truck back.
Money don't grow on trees and we can't afford repairs and the payments. All we want is our money back. At least some of it so we can go get another truck. We have a total down of $1500 and all we are asking for is at least $1000 of our money back. Forget all the money we put on repairs and payments we just want our down payment back.
