Went to Ganly Ford to get estimate only! Repeately told salesperson I could not afford car note now. She was very pushy and would not listen. Needless to say, I bought a car.
A 2002 Windstar SE for 17,084.78 with 33,486 miles.
The salesperson went on and on about the fantastic warranty the car had, explaining in detail. (In which, I had a witness to this) I asked the finance magager about this when I was signing papers and he was very short about it. He had me sign two papers and that was it!
He did offer me an entended warranty for $1800!
I was told by two banks that the automobile was $4,000 over the blue book price. I called Ganley and by given the run around.
I the went on-line to get an extended warranty through Ford's and found out that the great warranty the sales person was pushing had expired on 5/5/05. I purchased the vechile on 6/6/05!
I had no warranty on a used car that I could not afford in the first place!!!
