This is an update to a Rebuttal from consumer/John-Louiville, Kentucky
The POINT IS!!! No matter how uninformed a customer is, it does not give anyone the right to intentionally cheat someone. That is fraud!
If you noticed other usacomplaints.com, I was not the only consumer to file a complaint againt Ganly for not honoring the warranties that was promised with a shake of the hand.
Enough said.
I just want to make other consumers aware of Ganley's dishonest practices.
