Breach of Contract/Fraud: contracted out repairs on my car and refused to follow through when my car was damaged

Toyota of El Cajon was under contract to fix my car and instead of fixing it; went behind my back and had it fixed at CoOp Transmission who exclusively contracts with the dealership. At CoOp my car sustained damage which Toyota refused to pay to fix
