I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I have had to go in 2 times to resign paperwork because of their financial department messing it up. They told me my cost per mile for my lease would be 15 cents but made me resign papers saying 20 cents per mile.
While "fixing" my car, they put a large gouge out of my bumper and gave it back to me without letting me know of the damage. I had to take it back for a 3rd time and they wanted to know how they could compensate me for all the trouble I have had and Helder (the car dealer) agreed to making 1/2 of my first $500 car payment.
After receiving my review of my "car buying experience", which was not a very good one, Helder told me that he would no longer honor our deal. After trying to talk to the management, they pretty much said "screw you" because they received a bad review for their bad service. Do not go to this dealership!!! They will screw you any chance they get!!!
