I purchased a 1999 chrsyler 300M in 1999 I fell behind with my payment, put the collection department would call and call one occasion I told them that my mom had just passed and that I was late with my payment and the guy on the phone said that she is dead now so pay your bill or we will com and pick up your car. Everytime they were rude with me on the phone. I refinanced my home so that I could pay them off and be thru with there rudeness and in the process I had to refi at a higher rate and I lost my home. People don't understand how rude they are and how people have good intentions when they go into a agreement to pay but sometimes things happen. I will never do business with triad again.
