I originally had the loan through Road Loans. I bought gap ins through the dealership. I refinanced my truck through Triad financial and triad added the gap ins automatically.
When I questioned them about the gap ins, they told me that since I refinanced my truck it voided the other gap ins so they added it to this loan. They said that I could get a refund on the gap ins from the other company since the vehicle was payed off on that loan.
It has been an ongoing battle with them. I was also "1" day late and they called my boss telling him I was late and I need to make a payment.
