I was a first time new car buyer, and for the reason is because i have always heard the stories of the dishonest dealers. Boy! Were they true. This dealership took the invoice off of the car before i even test drove it. Once they knew i was intrested they took action in ripping me off. I had a trade-in i told them i wanted $2000.00 for it, they agreed. Now get this this was on a saturday i did not even have my trade with me so they did not even see it when i came back on the following monday all the paper work was already done before they saw my trade. After all the signing was done i moved on in my new car.
10 days later i was looking for something to tell me about all the options on my car and there i came across that invoice that was folded and placed in my owners book. And thats were i caught them there was a $1010.00 overcharge. When i contacted them they told they only could give me $1000.00 for my trade. Remember they did not even see my trade until after the paper work was done.
They stoled $1010.00 from me
