I order a wheel for a 99 cougar on May 5th they charged my credit card that day and said I would receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. Also, they said I would receive my wheel on 5/9.
5/9 spoke to stacy she said Scott took order and he didn't put any info on computer, she doesn't know if Scott is working that day and would call me back! Of course, no call back.
5/10 spoke to Scott, he would check it out and call me back. No call back, of course.
5/11 Spoke to Scott he said wheel went out on 5/9
5/12 Spoke to Scott who tranferred me to Stacey, wheel was not shipped to me yet. Stacey said wheel was shipped from Virginia to them then they would send it to me when they received it.
This is the day I serched on the internet and found many reports about S & J auto parts and how they have ripped people off
5/13 received a call from Christine who tried to hold me off again.
I am sure as a group we can do something about this rip off company.
