Me and my husband filed for bankrupcty over a year ago and signed reaffirmation papers with vanderbilt mortage and finance, we never heard anything more about it until last week when we found out that vanderbilt put our mobile home on the credit report at 0 balance, and put in bankruptcy. We called and they said they would fix it. They sure did as we got a copy of our credit report and they are not listed and will not answer their phones
