Approached this car dealership to purchase my third Kia product with them and got the royal runaround. Sent to see lady in accounting who was rude and arrogant. Gave them a $100 case deposit to "hold" the vehicle and the next day when they said they could not find financing for the car because of "credit problems"
I went to the dealership to get my $100 back. The rude woman in accounting conferred with the sales manager and then came back to tell me that they could not reimburse me in cash and that "because the owner was off until Monday" I would have to wait for him to return to isue me a check.
Odd that if I pay cash for something at a store (like Walmart) and I go in with an item to return, I get cash back. These people are definitely not there for the customer only their own judgemental and arrogant self serving ways.
