I was rearended HARD enough to knock my glasses off my face and they broke, landing in the back floorboard. My witness's said he was barreling down N. E Sandy fast and he hit me hard, my neck snapped foward and back and I"ve been in such pain,
I
went crying on several occasions to my chiropracter and
physican. I didn't have collision, so I lost my car that
I had for six days, if that wasn't bad enough, Safeco,
for some reason is refusing to even pay my medical bills,
my P.I. P coverage. Those women that work at Safeco are
cruel, mean and heartless. My credit, that I"ve worked
so hard to build up over the years, will probably be shot to hell.
I"m a former homeless person who pulled herself out off the streets. I grew up without a father, my mother
married a man that abused me when I was 11, and I was totally abandoned in the street when I was 14 years old.
I"ve been a rape victim on several occasions and I know
the cruelty of man very very well.
But I worked hard, I got a G.E. D and I changed my life.
I had insurance, I paid insurance for a year and I thought
you pay insurance to be protected. I met one nice person
at Safeco, a senior claims adjuster, the rest of the people are women and they are so cruel. I"m still in some pain, I'm alot better with treatments, but they won't pay for treatments now, so I won't get better and they are requiring an independant medical exam, which is nothing but a doctor who gets paid by the insurance companies, who will say I"m a liar.
This is so unfair. All I want is for Safeco to pay the
good doctors who treated me, and I"ll pay for my own
medical care, or I'll just suffer, but it isn't right
what they are doing not paying my chiropracter and my
personal doctor for treating me for the terrible pain.
Please don't get Safeco. I was in another accident like
about six years ago and I didn't have any problem
with that company. Safeco is the biggest rip off
company I have ever seen and I plan to tell the world
what they are doing to me.
