Safeco Is worst of the worst of insurance companies. I cancelled my automatic withdraw 30 day's before the payment was suppose to be drafted. Safeco assured me It had been cancelled.
On 05/31 safeco took $240 the monthly out of my checking account after they had assured me they automactic payment withdraw had been cancelled.
Due to safeco withdraw they caused other things to bounce In my checking account & causing $900 In overdraft fees thank's to them I had no money. Safeco agree to refund me the overdraft fees.
Safeco told me the first week in June they would mail me the first payment of $240. My checking account was In a holy mess, due to them prolonging In sending me my money more thing's bounced In my checking account.
The reason why I cancelled the automatic payment plan. Was I would not have enough money to cover the payment. Safeco took It upon themselves to take the money out & caused me all this mess.
Safeco has paid me $690 In overdraft fees, there Is $457 left to be paid & It has been paid.
I complained to the insurance commisoner In washington safeco told them they paid all fees. But I have my bank records to prove. To date this still has not been resolved.
I would warn people to not sign up for the automactic payment plan safeco will abuse your debit card or checking account. I am sure safeco has screwed many people.
Then safe co cancelled my policy due to there mistake. Well I found another insurance company, well they are all scummy I don't like any insurance company but you have to have It on your car It's the law.
Insurance companies do not like us all they care about Is how much they can screw you!
Insurance companies are out to get us anyway they can.
