Contraced with this company to transport my auto from the west coast to the east coast. The three day window for pickup for changed to a specific date of pickup by the company. The company did not pickup my car up on the date stated or duirng the three day window. They did not call, and did not respond to my phone calls. When I contacted the company for refund of my deposit, the person simply stated, "read your contract." To this date a refund has not been provided. If you contact this company, do not be misled by their nice, pleasant, supposed helpful posture.
It is simply a ploy to get your money, nothing more. After getting your money, you are dirt, you are nothing. So be ware!!!
If you wish to contract with a reputable company, find one that is onwer operater of the company and the transport truck. Usually the company will pick up your car and your car does not leave the pick-up vehicle until it gets to destination. Another good thing is that you pay only when the car is delivered - you pay nothing at pick. Any company that ask for money upfront will try to screw you.
