Hi, I was currently employed with this company. I worked for them for 6 months. Even after being there for 4 months, I still didn't feel accepted by their company. I felt they didn't want me there. Well, I was right... I woke up one day to find out that they had an AD in the classifieds for MY POSITION! I worked for them for 6 days a week and I worked hard. I did everything I was supposed to. I missed going home for Christmas and Thanksgiving for this company, and they were going to replace me like this?!?!?! I wouldn't hear of it. So I went to talk to my manager the day I found it, and she had left early that day, so the next morning I went to talk to her again, she was there. We went into a private office and she told me that she was going to let me go.
When I asked why because I did my job, she was like, "you just don't 'click' with us, so we are going to replace you." I was like, "WHAT?! Are you serious?" she was like, "Yeah, I'm going to let you go." So, since they let me go for no reason, and I now am jobless, I thought I would let the PUBLIC KNOW HOW THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY DO TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!
First off, they steal the salesmans commission, there was quite a few cases that the salesman commission would be short about $100 and it seemed to have "disappeared" into thin air.
Also, they treated their employees AWEFUL! My manager was cutting money out of my paycheck ILLEGALLY for NO reason what-so-ever.
They don't care about their customers. I worked their switchboard, and there were so many times that someone would call for a salesman or manager, and they IGNORED their phonecalls, or told me to take messages, but they weren't doing anything but sitting around, or watching the T.V.in the customer waiting room. They aren't truthful to ANY of their customers.
So, they LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL! I tried to file a lawsuit, but they isn't anything I can do about it!!! They fired me for no reason at all and I can't do a * thing about it, so maybe I can hit them where it hurts with telling customers how they are, and that they are DEFINATLY BAD BUSINESS BUREU material.
People that were having service on their cars were bringing them back the same day they picked them up because the service didn't fix their problem, but charged them over $300.00 for nothing.
In their LOANERS, they make the customers fill them back up with gas before they return them. HOW WRONG IS THAT?!
Their finance guy is a COP but he has stolen a salesmans commission and then threw the evidence away, so the salesman couldn't prove it! He lies to pull a customer in to buy the car, and all kinds of useless stuff that they don't need so he can take commission for it.
The office manager is always cheating a couple of the porters out of their overtime hours.
Joe Rizza has been into trouble before with the government because he was caught putting in all kinds of hidden fees to raise the prices of the cars he was selling, so if you were just going to buy a $15,000 used car, so after his hidden fees that were slipped in on you, you were actually paying about $22,000. He got busted by the government, and I'll tell you this... HE'S DOING IT AGAIN!!! Don't be fooled!!! He's not a trust worthy man!!! His PRODUCTS ARE JUNK!!!
I was once standing in their show room waiting for a customer to get back from a test drive so that I could lock the plate up in the safe so I could leave, and a manager, JOE RIZZA'S SON-IN-LAW said, "It's a good thing it's raining and the wind is blowing hard so that they can't hear it running rough, or can't feel it shaking." THEY KNEW they were selling a piece of shit! But they sold it to the customers anyway. Then, when the customers were leaving that same manager said, "Thanks for buying from us, you chose a great car! It's a great buy, and has had no problems at all! ENJOY you're new car!"
The office manager kept trying to set me up and make it look like I was stealing money, to try to get me to quit so she wouldn't have to fire me. She kept cutting money from my paycheck for money that stolen that I had reported and she told me not to worry about it. I was not the only one with access to that money and she was pinning it on me. She did all of this illegally but I can't do anything about it in this state!
PLEASE!!! Take my advice, don't buy from JOE RIZZA he will steal your money and cheat you! HE's a LYING, CHEATING, Bastard who will mis-treat you, he doesn't give a damn about his employees, and he doesn't give a damn about his customers, all he cares about is taking your money for his own use.
