Ripoff Failure to send inspector to deale

My 2001 Chevy Silverado Z71 is in the Dealer here in Jax FL for the front differential. I took it in because it started to make noise when the 4WD was engaged. I turned it on twice, first time I heard the noise and shut it off, tried it again to verify.

I made a dealer appt. The dealer drove it and checked it out and then called me for approval to tear down so the could get the info to call First Extended for approval to repair. First Extended was suppose to send out an inpector on Thursday... NOW SHOW, Said he would be there on Friday... No show. Said he would be ther Monday... NO SHOW.

The dealer aske me to cal First Extended to see what I could find out. I was told that the inspectors are independent... BS! They are paid by First Extended. Have no idea if and inspector is going to show today. I need my truck back.

I also condemn Miller and Sons Chevrolet, Aliquippa PA and any other dealer for selling this warranty on new cars since GM DOES have their own extended warranties, it's just the dealer doesn't make a big profit from GM warranties.
