I was at Tony Rizza for 2 1/2 hours trying to purchase a 1995 Plymouth Voyager. The salesman and the manager told me it would be $4,000.00 plus tax paid in cash.
When I wrote out the check he wrote out a bill of sale had me to sign the contract and he went to the back to get it finalized. He came back and told me he wouldn't be able to sell me the car for $4,000.00 it would be $5,000.00 he had made a mistake.
I stated since he made a $1,000.00 mistake he could met me half-way and I pay $500.00 more. He rudely stated that he was in business to make money and not to lose any. He did not try to offer me another vehicle.
The manager was so rude he wouldn't even come speak to me about this matter. I also called Tony Rizza which is the owner 4 times! He never responded to any of my calls. I purchased 6 cars from Tony Rizza before, but I shall NEVER purchase the 7th.
