Cheese Lovers Basket Delivered Without Any of the Promised Cheese

I ordered a Cheese Lovers basket for me and my husband for New Years celebration. Bloomex delivered us a basket full of crackers, bread sticks and canned tuna. No sign of promised cheese (supposed to be 3 types of cheese). Pretty pathetic.
