Bloomex - WORST delivery experience eve

I've ordered a Cheese Lovers basket for me and my husband for New Years celebration. Bloomex delivers us a basket full of crackers, bread sticks and canned tuna. No sign of promised cheese (suppose to be 3 types of cheese). Pretty pathetic.
