My daughter sent me a basket on my birthday, Sept. 17th., from Bloomex. First, it was not what she ordered, and second, it is the worst example of a gift basket that I have ever seen. Bloomex should be ashamed of sending that basket to anyone let alone a prospective customer and gift recipient. My daughter has sent pictures of the basket to Bloomex and has called many times. She is being totally ignored, so I have begun calling and emailing our dissatisfaction with the basket. To date, I have had no response. We would like it picked up by Bloomex and a refund.
