Sent a PRIORITY 2-DAY SHIPPING to New York from Florida. Received a tracking number. I sent my item on December 19th, was supposed to arrive December 21st, has not arrived yet and I cant get a hold of someone on the phone when I call. The item was shipped appearently processed in Opa Locka and has been stuck there for more than 3 days. I needed this item shipped quickly but now the receiver wont get in time. Tried many times to call to talk to a human, but I get stuck with this automated voice. The automated system is terrible, incredibly incompetent and only infuriates me more.
