Ordered a backpack from Incase on 12-12 and paid for shipping to get the item by Christmass. On the 14th of December they sent me a UPS tracking number to a product that said waiting for pickup. After waiting days the UPS tracking number still said waiting for pickup. I contacted incase on the 19th of December at [email protected] and their email bounced. I then contacted Incase on the 22nd though their site and got a canned response and no info on why the item was never actually shipped. I then called their 800 number and was told the hold time was over 2 hours. I gave up on getting the item by xmass and bought one locally. I again contacted incase on the 23rd though their online support system and they promised me a refund in 3 days.
On Jan 3th I contacted them again asking why no refund was actually issued. I got no response. I gave them 48 hours to respond or issue a refund. Its been 3 days since then so I am filing this report.in short stay away from incase. I am not the only one. Their support forum is full of dozens of such complaints most of which disappeared (as has mine) very quickly after being posted. I am not sure what is up with their company since they make great cases but I would buy one off ebay or though another retailer since they don't seem to have anyone working in their shipping or customer service department. Just for the record its [email protected] that has been "helping me" and by helping me I mean ignoring all my emails. I will be contacting my credit card company on Monday.
