I placed an online order for an item on the 12th of December intending it to be a Christmas present. On the 13th my bank card was charged and so I figured my item was shipped. I had payed for express shipping (2-3 days) and expected my package to arrive around the 17th. It is now the 21st and I have not been able to get a response out of anyone at the company.
Their 800 number goes directly to voicemail, their online help was unavailable most of the time and the one time I did get through, the operator: Nadine said she would check on it and be right back. I sat waiting for 40 minutes before finally giving up.
I contacted them via their email asking for a tracking number and shipping details. I got a response right away saying my package was shipped and "not to worry, it will arrive before Christmas." So I replied right away asking for a valid tracking number and have not heard anything since.
I advise other consumers to do their homework and STAY AWAY from this company - no business should charge you until it has shipped so I believe they are scamming people.
