Got at Dicks in Butler PA. When the tech completed installation not all options functioned. Tech did not have time to fix, he was very busy! Talked to his boss and I ask them to take the elliptical back to Dicks and bring me a new one. No sorry not our job, you need to deal with Dicks. On the phone off/on all day with Dicks and a tech was to return get the broken item and bring me a new one. Got a call from Go Configure at 330 telling me a tech was on the way. I called them at 430 and was told a tech was not coming and I needed to deal with Dicks. Dicks manager called me said they should be out there. Wasted all day waiting for a working elliptical!!
