Customer service on a custom engine tune - KermaTDI Q loade

I have purchased things from KermaTDI twice before so I knew I would be happy. However, the instant turn around time and access to their customer service people has put them over the top as far as I am concerned. Easy to deal with, friendly people that are experts on their products. A wining combination.
