The advice and service from KermaTDI.com was excellent. I contacted them for assistance with an immobilizer problem in my 2002 VW Passat. Diagnosing and repairing the system would have cost a fortune and taken lots of time. I sent my ECU to have the immobilizer disabled. Turnaround time was super fast and Paul answered all my questions and provided suggestions on other things to consider. I definitely recommend them for anyone experiencing this problem. The bonus on top is that I was able to affordably get more keys for my car. Now that the immobilizer is disabled there is no need to have keys programmed they just have to be cut correctly for the car.
