Been waiting 6 weeks now for a driveshaft to be replaced in my Edge. Took the car in for service and was told it needed new driveshaft and cannot be driven until replaced. Keep calling weekly for an update and all they can tell me is the part is on backlog they don't have a date yet when the part will be in. Asked for a loaner car after 6 weeks and haven't heard back yet about one.
