I bought an Edge Evolution for my Ford powerstroke. It disabled my truck. I'm talkin, the truck will not start or move. They said "oops, take it to Ford and have them re flash your ECM"... I was upset, but I complied as they assured me it wasn't a major deal. Ford said my computer was fried beyond repair. After numerous calls to Edge, the said to send it to them and they could probably fix it, and if not, they'll work to replace it. I spent $150 at Ford and $50 to send it to Edge. Once it arrived (20 phone calls later) They said, " Sorry, we cant do anything with it, and we're not gonna be held responsible" " One guy said, That's the chance with our product" I asked them if I had done anything wrong... They said "no, your truck was just programmed already and our software didn't agree with it and it shut you truck down"... I didn't do anything wrong, so it's not my fault. Their product ruined my truck, but yet somehow they're not claiming any responsibility. Nice stuff you got there Edge... You bunch of A* Holes. You cost me a $1400 Ford bill, 2 tows, another $150 Ford bill, a $50 freight bill, plus two weeks without a truck. Rot in Hell!
