Edge 2011 nedded service to replace latch LH but they told me to leave the car and the dealer was not sure of how many days where required to repar it, it happened to me before wit another ford and i had to rent a car for over 7 days costing me a lot. I bought the part at a Ford store and gave it to an auto electric technitian. The door is working fine but cost me $96.50 and $55.00 to install it, it is a new Ford Edge, can i get a refund?
